Description:

1. Reach out to the provider about the exploration you selected to secure a date and confirm all the details. You will need to include a copy of the email exchange between you and the provider showing that the date has been confirmed.
2. Download and complete the budget form (located in the "Required Attachments" section below). If there is no cost associated with your exploration, please indicated this on the form. Upload the completed form to your application.
3. Download the principal’s signature page (located in the "Required Attachments" section below) and upload the signed copy to your application.  
4. Complete an eGAF to the Grant Program Specialist at Sarasota County Schools http://scs-webapps1.sarasota.k12.fl.us/grants
5. Complete all sections of the application. Once your request has been successfully submitted, you will receive email notification.
